In this role, you’ll work with a highly enthusiastic team, contributing in a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico & USA.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and direct third-shift production activities.
Train and provide guidance to new hires.
Evaluate employee performance on a timely basis.
Maintain plant safety, security, and compliance throughout the shift.
Ensure the quality and quantity of products manufactured during the shift.
Enforce company policies, procedures, and programs.
Maintain proper organization, housekeeping, and cleanliness of the work area.
Perform basic troubleshooting of processes and equipment.
Complete and maintain required production and process documentation.
Perform plant closing procedures at the end of the week.
Ensure all responsibilities of supervised personnel are properly completed.
Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications:

High school diploma.
Exposure to Injection Molding processes.
Knowledge or training in GMP and SPC.
Good machine setup skills.
Working knowledge of Injection Molding machines.
Ability to effectively communicate and work with people.
Leadership and team supervision skills.
Ability to perform basic process and equipment troubleshooting.
Ability to work the 3rd shift, 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM.
