Responsibilities:
- Will support pilot plant warehouse operations by performing all tasks associated with receiving, issuing, warehousing, transporting, and shipping materials required for the production of a biopharmaceutical product.
- Perform physical tasks associated with pilot scale pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Responsibilities include receiving incoming materials, completing all transactions in a timely and accurate manner, picking and issuing materials to the pilot plant, transporting and delivering materials, conducting inventory cycle counts, consistently follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and departmental policies.
- Daily workload is accomplished through group effort, so the successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
Qualifications:
- High school/GED + 1 year of work or military experience or associate degree
- Electronic inventory management experience
- Experience as a material coordinator; must be able to lift up to 50lbs and push/pull heavy loads using material handling equipment; must be able to operate a pallet jack.
- Forklift and other powered material handling equipment is a plus.
- Prior hands-on experience with SAP and/or similar electronic inventory software.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
- Experience collaborating within and across functional areas and outstanding customer focus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Standard Work Hours (8:30am - 5:00pm) would remain day shift and there is some flexibility in time for standard business hours
- 40hrs/ week
