In this role, you’ll work with a highly enthusiastic team, contributing in a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico & USA.
Responsibilities:
- Provides comprehensive administrative support to one or more members of management and/or staff within a business or functional unit. Performs a variety of administrative and operational duties requiring knowledge of company policies, procedures, business practices, programs, and/or product lines.
- Manages calendars, schedules meetings, coordinates travel arrangements, prepares and maintains documents, handles correspondence, and supports meeting and travel logistics. Responds to and resolves routine and non-routine inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assists with payroll-related processes and administrative activities, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with established procedures. Maintains organized records and documentation while handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Works collaboratively with management, employees, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient day-to-day operations and effective communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience supporting administrative functions in a professional or corporate environment.
- Experience with payroll processing and related administrative activities.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with employees at different levels of the organization.
- Availability to work all shifts, weekends and Holidays.
