QUALITY CONSULTING GROUP, a leader in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device and manufacturing industry is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic talent to join our team. In this role, he will work with a highly energetic team, contributing to a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico and the United States.
Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of routine tasks associated with the Phytogen Seed Company research program
  • Assisting with the repair and maintenance of field equipment, limited operation of field equipment, organization of samples during harvest and/or processing, and limited driving of a company vehicle. 
  • Field research operations related to planting, thinning, weeding, pollinations and sample harvest. Sample processing operations including preparation of supplies, sorting, ginning, weighing, preparation for shipping and seed packaging.
  • General facility operations including general clean-up, organization of samples and supplies, and other routine tasks as they arise.
  • The Technician's Assistant may also perform additional tasks as requested by the supervising Field Technician.
  • Operation of mobile field equipment, such as a tractor or cotton picker, and stationary field equipment, such as a module builder.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy or related field.
  • Availability to work all shifts, weekends and Holidays.
