Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the warehouse activities as receiving, handling and distribution of raw materials and
finished products. - Responsible for the accurate inventory management, physical inventory control
and to execute the corresponding transactions into the Warehouse Management Systems. - Execute warehouse activities as receiving, storage, dispatching, auditing, and shipping as per Standard Operating Procedures.
- Execute receipts of Raw Materials and Miscellaneous Material (MROs) on a timely manner and accordingly to internal customer’s needs.
- Also, responsible for the appropriate identification, storage and issuance of Raw Materials and MROs.
- Provide the necessary support to the manufacturing line to avoid any delays in the process.
- Responsible for the storage and management of finished products and to perform Parcel and Finished Product shipments complete and on time.
- Perform all the necessaries entries in the Warehouse Management Systems to ensure an accurate inventory management.
- Must be always looking for efficiencies and for best practices regarding warehousing activities and inventory control.
- Maintain assigned 6S tools.
- Ability to operate forklifts, electric pallets jacks and electric stand ups.
- Follow and ensure compliance with EHS, Quality, Procurement and any other applicable laws and regulations, as well as Corporate Clients Policies.
- Perform and support all activities related to EHSS, Quality and SOP's.
- Other warehouse related tasks as determined by the Logistics Manager, Supervisor and/or Group Leader, or designee.
Qualifications:
- Technical Degree or associate degree
- 1-3 years of related experience.
- Basic knowledge of cGMP
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- IT or Computerized Systems knowledge
- Lean Six Sigma Tools knowledge and expertise
- Able to interpret and convert units of measure such as temperature, pressure, flow, area, mass, distance, volume or other
- Capable of operating automatic and semi-automatic equipment
- Ability to operate forklifts, electric pallets jacks and electric stand ups.
- Comprehensive knowledge of cGMP, FDA & EHSS regulations
