- Execute warehouse activities as receiving, storage, dispatching, auditing, and shipping as per Standard Operating Procedures.
- Execute receipts of Raw Materials and Miscellaneous Material (MROs) on a timely manner and accordingly to internal customer’s needs.
- Responsible for the appropriate identification, storage and issuance of Raw Materials and MROs.
- Provide the necessary support to the manufacturing line to avoid any delays in the process.
- Responsible for the storage and management of finished products and to perform Parcel and Finished Product shipments complete and on time.
- Perform all the necessaries entries in the Warehouse Management Systems to ensure an accurate inventory management.
- Must be always looking for efficiencies and for best practices regarding warehousing activities and inventory control.
- Maintain assigned 6S tools. Ability to operate forklifts, electric pallets jacks and electric stand ups.
- Follow and ensure compliance with EHS, Quality, Procurement and any other applicable laws and regulations, as well as Corporate Baxter Policies.
- Perform and support all activities related to EHS, Quality and SOPs.
- Other warehouse related tasks as determined by the Logistics Manager, Supervisor and/or Group Leader, or designee.
- Technical Diploma or Associate Degree
- 1 - 3 years of relevant experience
- Basic knowledge of cGMP
- Comprehensive knowledge of cGMP, FDA & EHSS regulations
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Knowledge of IT or Computerized Systems
- Capable of operating automatic and semi-automatic equipment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must possess good record keeping skills
- Able to interpret and convert units of measure such as temperature, pressure, flow, area, mass, distance, volume or other.
- Ability to follow written procedures and/ or verbal instructions communications by telephone, fax or shortwave radios.
- Lean Six Sigma Tools knowledge and expertise
- Knowledge of sampling techniques
- Must be able to stand, walk, and sit constantly
- Must be able to work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays
