Responsabilidades: 

  • Caminar a lo largo de hileras de maíz
  • Inclinarse de forma moderada
  • Llevar mandril con equipo de trabajo (~5lbs)
  • Trabajar a la intemperie en clima caliente
  • Llevar mandril con equipo de trabajo (~5lbs)
  • Polinizar (4hrs promedio)
  • Utilizar constamente visor y pinzas (soya)
  • Plantar a mano (5hrs promedio)
  • Hacer hoyos en el suelo con los dedos
  • Plantar semilla tratada con químicos utilizando guantes protectores
  • Caminar sobre suelo mojado
  • Cosecha (8hrs promedio)
  • Arrancar plantas de soya
  • Levantar sacos de cosecha
  • Cargar sacos de cosecha (~40lbs)
  • Limpieza y desgrane de mazorcas o vainas de soya (8hrs promedio)
  • Espigeo a mano (8hrs promedio)
  • Colocar estacas


Cualificaciones:  

  • Diploma de escuela secundaria
  • Conocimiento de Agricultura de Producción y Operaciones de Planta de Producción
  • Exposición a condiciones de polvo excesivo
  • Trabajar en posiciones ergonómicas extremas por periodos largos de tiempo
  • Trabajar bajo condiciones de tiempo severas
  • Caminar sobre superficies irregulares
  • Conducir vehículos
  • Cargar equipo pesado
  • Trabajar por más de 40 horas a la semana
  • Trabajar fines de semana y días feriados
