Responsabilidades:

  • Recibir productos estériles y no estériles, paletizar, contar y generar toda la documentación requerida.
  • Solicitar al operador principal el número de serie del producto esterilizador.
  • Contar el producto por palets y documentarlo en los documentos requeridos.
    Ubicar los dosímetros según las especificaciones del proceso.
  • Retirar y contar el producto después de la esterilización y cargarlo en el contenedor de envío.
  • Recuperar los dosímetros y generar la documentación requerida.
  • Documentar el tiempo de procesamiento de la esterilización en el libro de registro y/o formularios requeridos.
  • Dar disposición al subconjunto y otros productos esterilizados por GAMMA.
  • Generar un manifiesto de movimiento de material para todo el producto esterilizado.
  • Mantenimiento preventivo del irradiador.
  • Solicitar material de envoltura estirable y colocarlo en la máquina de envoltura.
  • Completar la documentación correspondiente a los contenedores que se enviarán.
  • Inspección y limpieza de todos los contenedores que se utilizarán para el envío.
  • Debe ser capaz de trabajar en horarios irregulares, feriados y períodos de cierre.
  • Documentar manualmente (por ejemplo, cuadro de control) y/o electrónicamente (por ejemplo, POM) la información requerida para cumplir con los procedimientos y especificaciones aplicables. Esta información incluye, entre otros, parámetros de proceso, lotes, cantidad de producción y otros.
  • Informar activamente sobre los peligros para la salud y la seguridad, los aspectos ambientales, los incidentes y los riesgos y oportunidades del sistema de gestión de EHS. Participar en el desarrollo, la planificación, la implementación, la evaluación del desempeño y las acciones para la mejora continua del Sistema de Gestión de EHS.

Cualificaciones:

  • Diploma de escuela secundaria
  • Capacidad para leer y comprender diagramas y especificaciones escritos en inglés, en el proceso de esterilización gamma es muy deseable.
  • Capacidad para utilizar terminales de ordenador, calculadoras, transpaletas manuales, carretillas elevadoras, envolvedoras y pequeñas herramientas.
  • Tomar decisiones en función de las prioridades de trabajo y coordinar con el departamento de producción y clientes externos el movimiento y el proceso del producto.
  • Imprescindible licencia de conducir y certificación de carretillas elevadoras.
  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el personal de envíos del departamento de producción, los clientes y los supervisores de producción y esterilización.
  • Debe poder trabajar en el tercer turno de 11 p. m. a 7:30 a. m. entre semana y los fines de semana de 7 p. m. a 7:30 a. m.
