Responsibilities:

Ensures that suppliers deliver quality parts, materials, and services.
Qualifies suppliers according to company standards and may administer a Certified Supplier Program in receiving inspection to ensure cost effectiveness.
Monitors parts from acquisition through the manufacturing cycle and communicates and resolves supplier-related problems as they occur.
Responsible for projects associate to component acceptance activities and inspections process.
Implement and work with inspection plans
Review measurement qualification method.
Negotiation with suppliers to implement correct acceptance activities and inspections process.
Supplier qualification

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering
2-5 Years Experience in Supplier Quality
Experience in Supplier implementation changes including qualification activities (IQ/OQ/PQ/TMV)
Experience in supplier changes qualification
Project Management
Qualifies suppliers according to company standards.
Review and approve supplier qualification documentation like TMV, IQ, OQ and PQ.
Basic knowledge in GD&T.
Manage assigned projects and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results.
Communicates frequently with internal and external contacts at different levels on English and Spanish.
